Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has moderate length silver hair. His eyes are silver.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Mormo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears skinny pants and wears a white and green robe with the hood down. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has wavy silver hair. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Gynnie is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Gynnie lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is an amazing painter.
History: Emma was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was taken from her home at a very young age. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Spring abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She wears baggy tan pantaloons and a black scarf. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She has blue eyes.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Caramip was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Caramip took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Performer and was forced into it by her family; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He wears an entirely brown suit with pastel socks and a vest with buckled shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'2" when asserting himself. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Veit learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Veit liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
