History: Astar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Mayor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Farmer. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his mother before him.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
