Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
