Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a longsword on her belt. Her blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She dresses like a well dressed Merchant does. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. She has achieved small success as a Merchant.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and further expansion of business

She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, pastel shirt, and brown tie. Her fur, while still mostly gray, has prominent grey streaks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: She was born in the north. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
