History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nalaed grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Nalaed abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. After a long history of fighting, Nalaed and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
