History: He was born in a small desert village. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Quick began to lead the lost caravan. After a long history of fighting, Quick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dalgal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dalgal. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 9. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Elegant reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Dagnal is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bather who has hired her part-time. She takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.

History: Harvest was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Personality: Anne speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
