Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Whurbin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Keyleth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to end her boredom

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
