Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His crest, while still mostly brass, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Frouse enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Stableman. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Dalgal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dalgal grew up listening to his father's many stories. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father
