She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Anne was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Tricking learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and wants to work out more often

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
