Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Torinn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Torinn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Torinn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
