History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Ellywick is a bit of a follower. History: She was born in the north. Valanthe was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Tailor. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Direcris hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Direcris was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
