Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He keeps his beige fur in a flapper bob. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He stands about 6'5" and tends to wear a large black jacket. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His copper crest, when down, is lengthy. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Torinn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Torinn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. After coming to the age of reason, Heskan took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. After a long history of fighting, Heskan and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: She wears tattered old clothes. She carries with her a set of pickaxes, each one with a amber on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her copper crest is still thick. Her gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Havilar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
