History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lorilla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Rurik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants his loneliness to end
