Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her silver crest is smooth and relatively long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hillanot fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'6". He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Barber does. His brass crest has been sun bleached extensively. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Bounty Hunter, but he got bored and became a Barber. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to work out more often

Description: A 6'2" eastern man, he wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 17. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant yellow.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.
