History: Gifted from a young age, Ilga studied abroad. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
