When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and wishes to resurrect an old love

She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Sculptor, her father struggled to pay the bills. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Orla was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She found a children's book about a Gnome Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
