Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Mason, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Shipwright soon after.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born into a rich family. Hugh was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Crown-heir. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
