Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She is portly but not overly obese. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Being a Shoemaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born in the west. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Zephan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Zephan and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bricklayer. Her black hair is braided into rings. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jarana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jarana. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Percival is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle
