Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Roge was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Roge decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Hadarai was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hadarai's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Bather father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a grey shirt with thin black vertical stripes and red pants. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
