History: Lavinia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nicor never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She became a Mercenary soon after.
