History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Kelter was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Painter. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she is unsatisfied with her job
