History: Berrian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and money/treasure

Personality: She is a Scribe first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Performer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sellsword who has hired her part-time. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sellsword business.

History: She was born in a small desert village. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Kiirith was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kiirith's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Katherine enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
