History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Chem's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
