History: Meriele was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Meriele fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Bune was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bune grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bune. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
