Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Ranala enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Ranala hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Ranala was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the east. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Courier like his mother before him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Thamuz speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
