History: Theren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theren never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
