History: River was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. She's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Vanuath was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
