History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Boddynock was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Gnome Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is greedy

Personality: She is a Merchant first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
