History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
