Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in an above average manner. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gardain grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Born in the east to a Body Guard, Kelter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kelter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kelter. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
