History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and retire the richest woman in the west

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Ortegar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but he was a colossal failure. Being a Brewer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She found a children's book about a Gnome Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Mordai was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mordai's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
