History: Cask hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Rûg and his spouse have recently divorced.

However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He became a Stylist soon after.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and further expansion of business

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
