Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He has blue eyes and a violet hat with a black feather.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Lucan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Glassblower soon after.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a brown vest and prefers yellow and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down and is in decent physical shape. She keeps her long brown fur kept up in a rat tail. She has copper eyes.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Left-Handed grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Left-Handed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Balam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Mastema lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Jarsali was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
