History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Salanop embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She got into the Farmer business at a young age. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Farmer for the past few years.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
