History: She was raised in a forest tribe. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She became a Stylist soon after.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is content; and to end her boredom

She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miner, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a great chef.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Althaea reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
