When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Reirak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
