Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears tattered old clothes. He sports a flattop hair cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Erky was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mercenary. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She stands about 4'8" and tends to wear a large white jacket. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Murook is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a brown collared shirt and grey pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, and is pretty ugly. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: He was born into a rich family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She wears her red hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Tawna hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Description: A 6'0" northern woman, she wears long strands of amethyst and short pastel dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her fur is gray and very short. Her skin is flawless and her yellow eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She is greedy; and she is content

Description: This malnourished man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson red hat.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gildmak is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
