Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Arha was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Sailor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
