Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Chaedi is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Chaedi reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Vonbin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Performer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Blendaeth was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and seeks redemption

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and further expansion of business
