History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Sheggen was born the youngest of three triplets. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Beggar like her mother before her.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Keth was taken on many hunting expeditions. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He sports a flattop fur cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Moon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Moon was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She is a husky woman, who is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. She wears her white crest down. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is a great chef.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult
