Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Crown-heir. She has styled her auburn hair well, parting it to the right. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Maiathah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and further expansion of business

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy purple stubble. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has a hunchback. Her hair is purple and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are black.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Azza was born the youngest of three triplets. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by her family.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her cinnamon fur is thinning but still full. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull green sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. He has white hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Soapmaker who has hired her part-time. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson grey hat.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Beloril and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Therlin was born the youngest of three triplets. A freak accident while working with her Sage mother left her crippled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
