Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tippletoe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tippletoe. She's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nija was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Fletcher, but she got bored and became a Sellsword. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
