History: She comes from a rich western family. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Torbera grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
