She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Delebean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Delebean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
