Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jak is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Dreali has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Armara studied abroad. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
