Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Gifted from a young age, Portia studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bounty Hunter. She became a Bounty Hunter soon after.

Description: An older woman who wears long strands of ruby and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student she started as a Map Maker, but she got bored and became a Miller. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a shoemaker again
