Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to reunite with her old friends

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
