History: He comes from a rich western family. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
