History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, William was taken on many hunting expeditions. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Avelina was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Gardener, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Zepar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Dyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
