History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Emeny was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emeny's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Fortune-teller profession.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Shadow was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Mortician. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: A 6'4" western man, he is typically in his Carter uniform. His crest is red, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
